- Pastel colors
- Cotton balls
- Google eyes

- Paint the popsicles sticks with red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and purple for a rainbow.
- Once the paint has dried, stick the Popsicle sticks on cardboard.
- Take some cotton balls and place them on Popsicle sticks- those will form the clouds.
- Place the googly eyes on cotton balls.
